Leopoldo II de Bélgica (Léopold Louis-Philippe Marie Victor de Saxe-Cobourg et Gotha; Bruselas, 9 de abril de 1835-Laeken, 17 de diciembre de 1909) fue el segundo rey de los belgas. Sucedió a su padre, Leopoldo I , en el trono de Bélgica en 1865 y permaneció hasta su muerte.
Leopoldo I llevó a cabo una política imperialista y extendió su reino hacia Oriente. En política interior, fomentó el catolicismo aunque fue tolerante con el protestantismo, inició varias reformas administrativas y se interesó especialmente por la cultura.
