Lieutenant-Colonel Lord Charles FitzRoy (28 February 1791 – 17 June 1865), was a British soldier and Whig politician. He fought at the Battle of Waterloo at an early age and later held political office as Vice-Chamberlain of the Household between 1835 and 1838.
He served as Lord High Steward at King George I's coronation, becoming a Privy Counsellor in 1715 and a Knight of the Garter in 1721. He also served as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 1720 to 1724 and Lord Chamberlain from 1724 until his death.

Fitzroy, Charles (1683–1757), 2nd duke of Grafton , lord lieutenant of Ireland, was born 25 October 1683 at Arlington House, Middlesex, the only son of Henry Fitzroy and his wife, Isabella Fitzroy (née Bennet) (d. 1723), daughter of the earl of Arlington.
