Louis Mountbatten Louis Francis Albert Victor Nicholas George Mountbatten Estadista británico Nació el 25 de junio de 1900 en Windsor (Berkshire). Hijo del príncipe Louis Alexander de Battenberg y bisnieto de la reina Victoria I. Cursó estudios en la escuela de la Armada Real de Dartmouth y en el Christ's College de Cambridge.
Lord Louis was assassinated while on holiday by the IRA on 29th August 1979. His funeral was held at the Abbey and he was buried at Romsey in Hampshire, near Broadlands his country home. See also.
