Louise of Anhalt-Dessau (German: Luise; 10 February 1631, in Dessau – 25 April 1680, in Ohlau), was a German princess (German: Fürstin) of the House of Ascania in the branch of Anhalt-Dessau and by marriage Duchess of Legnica, Brzeg, Wołów, and Oława.

Through her marriage to Gustav, Landgrave of Hesse-Homburg, Louise became Landgravine consort of Hesse-Homburg from 1846 until 1848.
