After a successful career singing backup for such artists as Roy Hamilton, Dionne Warwick, Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, and Chaka Khan, Houston embarked on a solo career, winning two Grammy Awards for her work.
Think It Over is the third studio album by American gospel/soul singer Cissy Houston, released in 1978 on Private Stock Records. [1] . The album was produced by Michael Zager and features Houston's R&B hit "Think It Over", which peaked at #5 on the Billboard s Dance chart and #32 on Billboard s Hot Soul chart. [2]

Love All The Hurt Away is an Aretha Franklin album, the singer's sophomore release for Arista Records. Despite strong reviews, it was a sales disappointment, topping off at approximately 250,000 copies. Aretha's cover version of Sam & Dave's classic hit "Hold On! I'm Coming" won Franklin her 11th Grammy Award in the Best R&B Vocal

The legendary Darlene Love also joined the Sweet Inspirations on those tracks. Love All The Hurt Away was named after it’s opening cut, which was also Aretha’s first major duet.
