La Princesa Luisa Carolina Maximiliana Emmanuela de Stolberg-Gedern (Louise Maximilienne Caroline Emmanuele, 20 de septiembre de 1752 - 29 de enero de 1824) fue la esposa del demandante jacobita al trono inglés y escocés Carlos III. Se le llama comúnmente Condesa de Albany.

Luisa Carolina de Stolberg-Gedern. Nació el 20 de septiembre de 1752 en Valenciennes, Países Bajos austríacos, Actual Bélgica. Hija mayor del Príncipe Gustavo Adolfo de Stolberg-Gedern y de la Princesa Isabel de Hornes. A los 4 años de edad, su padre fue asesinado en la Batalla de Leuthen.

The unhappy marriage led her to request from the pope a decree of separation, which she was granted.
Hace 3 días · In the spring of 1772 Prince Charles Edward Stuart married Princess Louisa of Stolberg-Gedern. The couple settled in Florence where they were known as the Count and Countess of Albany. Louisa found herself bound to an embittered older man who was increasingly debilitated by alcoholism and illness.
Wife of the last of the Stuarts and celebrated for her association with the Italian poet Alfieri, Louise of Stolberg-Gedern, countess of Albany, was the daughter of Prince Gustavus Adolphus of Stolberg-Gedern. In 1772, she married Charles Edward Stuart, known as the count of Albany and Bonnie Prince Charlie, who was her senior by 33 years.
