Biography. Lukas Graber (Senior Member, IEEE) received the diploma and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from ETH Zürich, Zürich, Switzerland, in 2002 and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA.
