Margaret Douglas, Countess of Arran and Duchess of Châtellerault was a Scottish aristocrat. She was a daughter of James Douglas, 3rd Earl of Morton and Catherine Stewart, a daughter of James IV of Scotland and Marion Boyd. The couple had three daughters; Margaret, Beatrix, and Elizabeth.

Margaret Douglas, Countess of Lennox (8 October 1515 – 7 March 1578), was the daughter of the Scottish queen dowager Margaret Tudor and her second husband Archibald Douglas, 6th Earl of Angus, and thus the granddaughter of Henry VII of England.
