Margaret de Flahaut, Comtesse de Flahaut, 2nd Baroness Keith and 7th Lady Nairne (born Hon. Margaret Mercer Elphinstone; 12 June 1788 – 11 November 1867), was a Scottish society hostess.

Margaret Mercer Elphinstone, Baroness Keith and Nairne, countess of Flahault by marriage, was the only daughter of George Elphinstone, 1st Viscount Keith, and his first wife Jane Mercer. She was born in Mayfair on 12 June 1788. She married Charles Joseph, comte de Flahault on 20 June 1817 at Edinburgh.

Elphinstone, Margaret Mercer (1788–1867) Viscountess Keith, comtesse de Flahault, and Baroness Nairne. Born in 1788; died in 1867; daughter of George Keith Elphinstone, Viscount Keith (1746–1823, an admiral), and Hester Maria Elphinstone (1764–1857); granddaughter of Hester Lynch Piozzi (1741–1821); married the comte de Flahault, in 1817.

Created Baron Keith of Banheath in the County of Dunbarton, with a special remainder, failing heirs male of his body, to his daughter Margaret Mercer Elphinstone. On his death the Viscountcy of Keith and the UK Barony of Keith (cr. 1801) became extinct.
