Margarita Gonzaga (Mantua, 2 de octubre de 1591-Nancy, 6 de febrero de 1632) fue una noble italiana perteneciente a la familia Gonzaga. Era hija del duque Vicente I Gonzaga de Mantua y de Montferrato, y de Leonor de Médici, primogénita del gran duque Francisco I de Toscana y de la archiduquesa austriaca Juana de Habsburgo-Jagellón.
