He is known for his roles in the Channel 4 comedy-drama Babylon (2014), as well as the historical dramas Medici: Masters of Florence (2016), Jamestown (2017–2019), and Miss Scarlet and The Duke (2020–2024).
Martin Stewart is an author of young adult fantasy books famously known for his debut novel, Riverkeep first published in 2016. Before turning into writing full-time, Stewart worked as a recycling technician, barman, university lecturer and an English teacher.
Martin Stewart has been writing for a long time, having made his first book at the age of eight, using Post-It notes. His multi-award listed YA debut, Riverkeep, was released in 2016. Since then, he's written YA horror, MG adventure, adult crime - and the Bridget Vanderpuff series!
