Mary Fiennes, Baroness Dacre (1524 – 1578+ [1]) was the daughter of George Neville, 5th Baron Bergavenny by his third wife, Lady Mary Stafford, youngest daughter of Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham. [2] Life. In 1536 she married Thomas Fiennes, 9th Baron Dacre (c. 1515–1541).

9 de may. de 2023 · Thomas Howard married his step-sister Mary Dacre, the daughter of the duke’s third wife at his father’s behest whilst the duke was int he Tower awaiting execution. Thomas was eleven or twelve when his father made his final arrangements but Mary Dacre died without having children.
Mary was born at Herstmonceux Castle in Sussex in 1495, the only daughter of Thomas Fiennes, 8th Baron Dacre and Anne Bourchier. By both her father and mother she was descended from Edward III. She had two younger brothers, Sir Thomas and John.
