Matilda Fitzroy (c. 1080/1100 – 25 November 1120), Countess of Perche, was among several members of the English royal family who died in the wreck of the White Ship off Barfleur.

Matilda FitzRoy Countess of Perche was born in 1086 as the daughter of Henry I King of England and Second Mistress Edith. She married Rotrou III, Count of Perche in 1103. They were the parents of at least 3 daughters. She died on 25 November 1120, at the age of 34, and was buried in France.
