Mirjana Spoljaric Egger (born 1972) is a Swiss-Croatian diplomat. Since October 2022, she has served as the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross. [1] Education. Egger studied philosophy, economics and international law at the University of Basel and the University of Geneva. She finished her studies with a master's degree.

In this role she will lead UNDP’s work supporting 17 countries and one territory to achieve Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals.
