23 de may. de 2013 · Moritz von Hessen-Kassel wurde 1960 [5] von Ludwig Prinz von Hessen und bei Rhein († 1968), dem kinderlosen Oberhaupt der anderen Hauptlinie Hessen-Darmstadt im Haus Hessen, adoptiert sowie als Erbe eingesetzt. Durch den Erbgang wurden die beiden seit 1567 getrennten Hauptlinien in seiner Person wieder vereinigt.
