The National Star College (previously known as the Star Centre) is an independent specialist further education college for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and associated learning difficulties.
About our learning programmes. National Star is an exciting and ‘Good’ (Ofsted 2023) independent specialist college for disabled students. There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ National Star student. Most are between 16 and 25-years old and have a range of physical and learning disabilities.
Our approach. National Star enables young people with disabilities to realise their potential through education and personalised learning opportunities.
National Star is a national provider of residential programmes for young people across the UK. In addition, we offer day provision for local students in Gloucestershire, Hereford and Wales. We also offer: A variety of work skills programmes in London, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Curriculum.
