Nils Gustav von Kantzow (30 August 1885 – 7 November 1967) was a Swedish gymnast who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the Swedish team that won the all-around gold medal. He was born in a noble family and reached the rank of captain in the Swedish Army in 1916.

She became Carin von Kantzow upon her marriage in 1910 to an army officer, Baron Nils Gustav von Kantzow , he died age 81, on 25-04-1967 in Björkedal, Sweden. Nils became mentally ill of the strange situation of the later divorce and his remaining love for Carin. He ones jumped of of a train after a psychoses, survived, but died in misery.
