On 15 September, Paul von Hindenburg issued the following order, stating that: "The main task of the Armies is now to hold fast all positions on the Western, Eastern, Italian and Macedonian Fronts, and to employ all other available forces against Rumania."

Du meinst wohl General Ludendorf, er war ein Preußischer General im ersten Weltkrieg an der Ostfront und zusammen mit Paul Hindenburg hat er Legendenstatus erreicht. 1923 hat er versucht mit Hitler die Weimarer Republik und die Regierung zu putschen jedoch ohne Erfolg. Der wollte auch mal Reichspräsident werden aber auch ohne Erfolg.

Jahrhundert die Gaststätte “Ratskeller”, und 1925 wurde auf Initiative des Bürgermeisters der Paul-von-Hindenburg-Gedenkraum eröffnet. Bis 1919 diente das Gebäude der Stadtverwaltung, nach der Verlegung in das Neue Rathaus wurde ein Teil der Räumlichkeiten von der Polizei genutzt.
