Peter Llewelyn Davies (25 de febrero de 1897 – 5 de abril de 1960) fue un militar británico, amigo e inspirador del escritor J.M. Barrie, para su personaje de Peter Pan. 8 de abr. de 2017 · John Llewelyn-Davies died in 1959, at the age of 65. Peter Davis, who was plagued by his lifelong identification as ‘the real Peter Pan’ and the fact that everywhere he went he was referred to as Peter Pan, committed suicide by throwing himself under a Tube train in 1960.
The Davies boys were the inspiration for the stories of Peter Pan by J. M. Barrie, in which several of the characters were named after them. They were the sons of Sylvia (1866–1910) and Arthur Llewelyn Davies (1863–1907).

29 de oct. de 2012 · Sylvia Llewelyn Davies, who in an odd gesture to the gothic happened to be Daphne du Maurier’s aunt, did die, just as in the movie, of lung cancer. But she died in 1910, five years after the first staging of Peter Pan , not just as it came out.
