Port Arthur Collegiate Institute was a collegiate institute operated by the Lakehead District School Board in Thunder Bay, Ontario from 1910 to 2007. The building was designated a historic building in 1984 and is located at the west end of Waverly Park .

The college became Port Arthur Collegiate Institute in 1911, when the school was presented to the Board of Education of the Methodist Episcopal Church North, a forerunner of the present United Methodist Temple.
Port Arthur Collegiate Institute is positioned in beautiful Waverly Park, which has the distinction of being the second oldest municipal park in Ontario, and the only designated Heritage District in Thunder Bay. The cornerstone for the school building was laid in 1909 by James Conmee, mayor of Port Arthur in 1884.

Otto, general contractor, this structure was built in 1909 with classrooms being added in 1925, 1954, and a new gymnasium in 1972. The original design has medieval and Flemish architectural features and was built of Simpson Island stone.
