Maria Josepha of Saxony (Maria Josepha Karolina Eleonore Franziska Xaveria; 4 November 1731 – 13 March 1767) was a Duchess of Saxony and the Dauphine of France.She became Dauphine at the age of fifteen through her marriage to Louis de France, the son and heir of Louis XV.

14 de ago. de 2019 · Like her mother-in-law Maria Leszczynska, Maria Josepha’s dislike was from the political background of her parents – Maria Theresa’s claim to Austria had led to Maria Josepha’s mother being disinherited. In the end it didn’t matter. Maria Josepha soon succumbed to tuberculosis, and died in March 1767.
Biografía María Josefa en su juventud. María Josefa era hija del rey Jorge I de Sajonia y la infanta María Ana de Braganza (1843-1884). Se casó a los 19 años el 2 de octubre de 1886 en Dresde con el Archiduque Otón Francisco de Austria, der Schöne (el guapo), hijo de Carlos Luis de Austria y María Anunciada de Borbón-Dos Sicilias.
