  5. 29 de nov. de 2023 · Charles and Maud were married for more than two decades. They welcomed their only child, a son named James, in September 1929. A decade later, in 1941, Charles’s father passed away and he and Maud became Earl and Countess of Southesk. Sadly, Maud passed away quite young, dying at the age of 52 in 1945 from acute bronchitis.
