Quentin Roosevelt I (November 19, 1897 – July 14, 1918) was the youngest son of President Theodore Roosevelt and Edith Roosevelt. Inspired by his father and siblings, he joined the United States Army Air Service where he became a pursuit pilot during World War I. [1] He was killed in aerial combat over France on Bastille Day (July 14), 1918.

Quentin Roosevelt II (November 4, 1919 – December 21, 1948) was the fourth child and youngest son of Theodore "Ted" Roosevelt III and Eleanor Butler Alexander. He was the namesake of his uncle Quentin Roosevelt I, who was killed in action in 1918 during World War I.

The youngest son of President Theodore Roosevelt, Quentin was often described as the child most like his father. When he was killed in action on July 14, 1918, he was just 20 years old.
