Biografía. Renny Harlin es un cineasta finlandés, nacido el 15 de marzo de 1959, en Riihimäki, Finlandia. Cuando era adolescente, pudo observar el rodaje de la película de espías Telephone de Don Siegel en Finlandia, lo que le hizo decidirse a seguir una carrera como director y en contra de los deseos de sus padres, comenzó a estudiar cine.
