  4. His first book, De Fyra Främlingarna (The Four Strangers), a collection of short stories, was published in 1924. His other works include Här Här Du Ditt Liv! (Here's Your Life), Strändernas Svall (Return to Ithaca), and Hans Nådes Tid (The Days of His Grace). He shared the Nobel Prize in Literature with Harry Martinson in 1974.
