Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma and Piacenza (8 April 1930 – 18 August 2010) was the head of the ducal House of Bourbon-Parma from 1977 until his death. Carlos Hugo was Carlist claimant to the throne of Spain and sought to change the political direction of the Carlist movement through the Carlist Party, of which he was the official head during the fatal Montejurra incidents.
Infanta Maria Antonia of Portugal, Duchess of Parma, 1906. On 15 October 1884 at Schloss Fischorn, Maria Antonia married Robert I, Duke of Parma as his second wife. [1] They had twelve children. Maria Antonia was widowed when Robert died at Villa Pianore on 16 November 1907. Later on she resided with her daughter Zita while in exile.

(The duchy was absorbed into the Kingdom of Italy in the early 1860s.) Robert I married twice and had a total of 24 children.
Prince Enrico was born at Wartegg Castle in Rorschach, the second but eldest surviving son of Robert I, Duke of Parma and his first wife, Princess Maria Pia of Bourbon-Two Sicilies. He had an intellectual disability and from 1907 (his father's death), his brother Elias took up the role as head of the family and served as regent throughout his and his brother Joseph's titular reigns.

The Duchy of Parma was in today’s northwest Italy and came into existence in 1545 when Pope Paul III made his illegitimate son Pier Luigi Farnese the Duke of Parma and Piacenza, territories that previously were a part of the Papal States. The House of Farnese reigned until 1731 when the male line went extinct.
Robert Karel Lodewijk Maria van Bourbon-Parma ( Florence, 9 juli 1848 — Capezzano Pianore, 16 november 1907 ), infant van Spanje, was van 1854 tot 1859 de laatste soevereine hertog van Parma en Piacenza.
