Shayne Hill (born March 21, 1970) is the third lead guitarist for the band Sawyer Brown. He replaced Duncan Cameron in 2004. He was actually encouraged to move to Nashville by Sawyer Brown's original guitarist, Bobby Randall.

His family had a band and they toured all across the Western U.S.—with Shayne playing even more instruments than he does today.
Cameron subsequently departed in 2004, with Shayne Hill assuming the role of lead guitarist. In 1991, after the release of their album Buick , guitarist Bobby Randall left the group to remain close to his family and host a short-lived TV talent show , Be a Star .
