Simón IV de Montfort (¿?, c. 1160/1165-Tolosa, 25 de junio de 1218) fue señor de Montfort-l’Amaury, quinto conde de Leicester, conde de Tolosa, vizconde de Béziers y del vizcondado de Carcasona, fue el principal protagonista de la Cruzada albigense.
