Gunter Sizzo de Schwarzburgo (en alemán, Günther Sizzo von Schwarzburg; Rudolstadt, 3 de junio de 1860-Grossharthau, 24 de marzo de 1926) fue jefe de la Casa de Schwarzburgo y pretendiente al trono de los principados de Schwarzburgo-Rudolstadt y Schwarzburgo-Sondershausen.
