Songs for Swingin' Lovers! is the tenth studio album by American singer Frank Sinatra, and his fourth for Capitol Records. It was arranged by Nelson Riddle and released in March 1956 on LP and January 1987 on CD. It was the first album ever to top the UK Albums Chart.
Songs for swingin lovers is probably Sinatra's seminal album from the 50's. Released in 1956 it contains some of the chairman's best material. Ok so some of it may sound a little old fashioned,especially compared to his late 60's and 70's work but good songs are good songs and this album has them ad-infinitum !
