Spencer Perceval KC (1 de novembro de 1762 – 11 de maio de 1812) foi um político britânico e primeiro-ministro do Reino Unido. Perceval é o único primeiro-ministro britânico a ter sido assassinado, e o único procurador-geral a se tornar primeiro-ministro.
28 de oct. de 2015 · Spencer Perceval was born in Audley Square, London on 1 November 1762, the second son of the second marriage of the second Earl of Egmont (and so a man of comparatively slender means). He attended Harrow School and then Trinity College, Cambridge, where he associated with others who shared the Anglican evangelicalism which later marked him out among his political peers.
Spencer Perceval var en yngre søn af den irske adelsmand John Perceval (1711–1770), der var den 2. jarl af Egmont. A lawyer by training and an evangelical christian by belief, Perceval first entered Parliament in 1796 as MP for Northampton and thereafter experienced a rapid rise to power, becoming Solicitor-General in 1801 and Attorney-General in 1802.
