Steven K. Conine (born 1972/73) is an American businessman, and the co-chairman and co-founder (with Niraj Shah) of the online retailer Wayfair.

Steve Conine Co-Chairman and Co-Founder Steve leads the many innovations that give Wayfair a technological edge in the online retail business - from the development of architecting software systems to leveraging next-generation technologies such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence.
Entrepreneurs Niraj Shah and Steve Conine founded Wayfair in August 2002 as a two-person company with a makeshift headquarters in Conine's nursery in Boston, Massachusetts. Both Shah and Conine hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, and had run two previous companies: Simplify Mobile, and iXL, a global consulting firm.

The founders of Wayfair, honored April 19 as the 2018 Cornell Entrepreneurs of the Year, met at Cornell during a special six-week summer program for high school students.
