Roman Polanski's "The Fearless Vampire Killers" is a horror comedy that is neither very frightening nor very funny. It appears to be sending-up the horror films of Hammer and American International but has very little else going on narratively. Its visual design is rich but artificial, and its pacing is barely existent.
