The USC Marshall School of Business is the business school of the University of Southern California. It is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. In 1997 the school was renamed following a $35 million donation from alumnus Gordon S. Marshall.

La Escuela de Negocios Marshall de la USC ( en inglés: USC Marshall School of Business) es la escuela de negocios y la más grande de las 17 facultades y escuelas de la Universidad del Sur de California. Los más recientes rankings para el programa son: el 21 por BusinessWeek, el 18 por Wall Street Journal, y el 21 por US News & World Report.
Marshall Graduate Certificate programs enable students to receive advanced business skills and credentials for specialization in a variety of business areas. Certificate programs allow students to grow competencies without formally enrolling in degree programs.
