  1. Durham Castle. Sitting at the heart of Durham's World Heritage Site and occupied continuously since the 11th century, the Castle is now home to the students of University College, part of Durham University. Visitors are welcome to join our guided tours and special events.

  2. We offer catered accommodation on the Bailey for undergraduates, and self-catered accommodation at New Kepier Court for undergraduates and postgraduates. During term-time, undergraduate students who live in College accommodation on the Bailey have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Great Hall, seven days a week, as part of the Residence Charge.

  5. About Us. Established in 1899, St Mary's is one of Durham's oldest Colleges. Our warm and friendly mixed community, comprises around 750 undergraduate members and 150 full-time and 200 part-time postgraduates. We are situated in a great location, close to many of the University’s academic departments and central facilities.
