Van Halen fue una banda de hard rock y glam metal estadounidense, inicialmente nombrada Mammoth por los fundadores de la banda (Eddie van Halen, Alex van Halen y Mark Stone), formada en 1972 en Pasadena y disuelta en 2020. Credited with restoring hard rock to the forefront of the music scene, Van Halen was known for their energetic live performances and for the virtuosity of its guitarist, Eddie Van Halen.
