Vana-Antsla is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Võru County, in southeastern Estonia, located about 4 km (2 mi) north of the town of Antsla. As of the 2011 census , the settlement's population was 181.

In the 15th century Hermann von Uexkull established the Manor of Vana-Antsla. The current manor buildings were built in the 18th century. The Manor is a surrounded by a 12-hectare park with varied landscape and many ponds.
