Viola Amherd (Brig-Glis, cantón de Valais, Suiza, 6 de junio de 1962) es una política suiza. Viola Patricia Amherd (born 7 June 1962) is a Swiss politician who has served as a Member of the Swiss Federal Council since 2019, and as President of the Swiss Confederation for 2024 since 1 January. She is the head of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport.
