Drama is taught at Wetherby in Years 2 and 3 but the boys begin learning drama skills from Reception. Wetherby School is deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday 8th September 2022. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Royal Family during this period of national mourning.
Prior to joining Inspired as UK Education Director in September 2023, Mark was Headmaster of Wetherby School Notting Hill for 15 years, and Deputy Head for 2. With extensive experience in all aspects of academic, pastoral and co-curricular provision, Mark was also Executive Headmaster of Wetherby School Kensington from September 2022 until April 2023.
Wetherby Kensington has just seen off its first cohort of 7+ and 8+ leavers, and so far results look fairly similar to Wetherby School in Notting Hill. About half of leavers move on to Wetherby Prep in Marylebone, with most others moving on to Sussex House, St Paul’s, Westminster Under, King’s College Wimbledon, Latymer Prep, WCCS and similar target schools at 7+ and 8+.
Wetherby promotes healthy eating, however, as the school only provides one meal we offer three of the ‘5-a-day’ programme – two vegetables and a piece of fruit.
