The singles "Only" and "Black Lodge" charted at No. 26 and No. 38 respectively on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. In the UK, "Only" and "Black Lodge" charted at No. 36 and No. 53 respectively.
The White Eagle Lodge is a spiritual organisation first founded in England, founded by Grace and Ivan Cooke in 1936. Grace was a medium who claimed to have received the teachings from a spirit in the higher realms named White Eagle. Red Lodge is located in the Beartooth Mountains. Rock Creek flows along the eastern border. Near town, in the Custer Gallatin National Forest, is Granite Peak, the highest point in Montana. Grizzly Peak, of the Red Lodge Mountain ski area, is one of several mountains surrounding the town. June 14, 2022, flood damage.

On the other side across US 9 is the Six Flags theme park, Great Escape. This is the second resort the company has built, the first being Lodge on the Lake next to Darien Lake that opened in 1998.
