GRENVILLE, WILLIAM WYNDHAM GRENVILLE, Baron (1759–1834), English statesman, youngest son of George Grenville, was born on the 25th of October 1759. He was educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford, gaining the chancellor’s prize for Latin verse in 1779.
