Jēkabs Peterss ( ruso: Я́ков Христофо́рович Пе́терс, Yakov Khristoforovich Peters, inglés: Jacob Peters; 3 de diciembre [ OS 21 de noviembre] 1886 - 25 de abril de 1938) fue un revolucionario comunista letón que desempeñó un papel en el establecimiento de la Unión Soviética.
Yakov Peters and Yourka Dubof were charged with murder. Peters, Dubof, Karl Hoffman, Max Smoller and John Rosen were charged with attempting to rob Henry Harris's jeweller's shop. Sara Trassjonsky and Nina Vassilleva, were charged with harbouring a felon guilty of murder. The opening speech of A. H. Bodkin lasted two and a quarter hours.
