Zampia Palaiologina (Greek: Ζαμπíα Παλαιολογίνα), also known as Zampea or Isabella, was a Byzantine princess of the Palaiologos dynasty. She was an illegitimate daughter of Emperor John V Palaiologos (r. 1341–1391) and married the envoy and translator Hilario Doria, with whom she had at least two daughters.

En effet, l’empereur kyr Manuel avait eu une bâtarde nommée Zampia Palaiologina, qu’il avait mariée à ce Doria, et c’est la fille de cette dernière qu’ils donnèrent pour femme au sultan Muṣṭafā, l’appelant dès lors « souveraine de l’Anatolie », un titre vide.
