Alejandro Mijáilovich de Rusia (en ruso: Александр Михайлович; Tiflis, 13 de abril de 1866- Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, 26 de febrero de 1933) fue un gran duque ruso y miembro de la dinastía Románov.
