Diocesan Cycle of Prayer. The Diocesan Cycle of Prayer is the means whereby all the people of the Diocese, and of the Church in Scotland and further afield, can be covered by prayer each month. The Cycle is observed by churches in the Diocese, but please also consider making it a cornerstone of your own daily devotions.
This cycle of prayer covers the period for the Church Year 2021/2022 beginning on Advent Sunday 2021 and ending on the Sunday next before Advent Sunday 2022. THIS CYCLE OF PRAYER is intended for use as a guide in preparation for corporate intercession at the Eucharist, at Morning and Evening Prayer, on Sundays and in the Daily Offices.
