Anhalt-Zerbst (del alemán: Fürstentum Anhalt-Zerbst) fue un principado alemán parte del Sacro Imperio Romano Germánico. Creado por primera vez en 1252 tras la partición del principado de Anhalt; la capital se situada en Zerbst.
Anhalt-Zerbst was a principality of the Holy Roman Empire ruled by the House of Ascania, with its residence at Zerbst in present-day Saxony-Anhalt. It emerged as a subdivision of the Principality of Anhalt from 1252 until 1396, when it was divided into the principalities of Anhalt-Dessau and Anhalt-Köthen.

Das Fürstentum Anhalt-Zerbst war ein Fürstentum im Gebiet des heutigen Sachsen-Anhalt. Es entstand im Jahr 1396 infolge verschiedener Teilungen des anhaltischen Erbes der Askanier aus der älteren Linie Anhalt-Köthen heraus.
