Hace 3 días · I have the Warner DVD of Badlands & it's looking long-in-the-tooth. The ATV+ HD version is sourced from Warner (not Criterion), does anyone know the provenance of the transfer or alternately can comment on the streaming picture quality? Thanks, Trevor.

It is one of the few in a Malick movie that I actually enjoy. They usually come off as pretentious beat poetry. Sissy Spacek delivers it with a sincerity that is greatly welcomed. If you’re looking to get into Malick this is a good starting point (and not just because it is his 1st)
