  1. Caroline Mathilde ( engelsk: Caroline Matilda; født 22. juli 1751 [b] på Leicester House, London, død 10. maj 1775 i Celle, Hannover [2]) var dronning af Danmark og Norge fra 1766 til 1772. Hun var datter af Frederik Ludvig, prins af Wales, og søster til George 3. af Storbritannien.

  4. Queen Caroline Mathilde fell in love with Johann Friedrich Struensee, the physician of her husband King Christian VII. Struensee was the king’s right-hand man. He took care of the king’s health, the king’s mind and the kingdom. However, Struensee was never able to get to grips with the king’s mind.
