Biography. FitzWilliam Coningsby was born c. 1589 (bef 25 Feb. 1596) at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, England, son of Sir Thomas Coningsby and Phillipa Fitzwilliam. He married Cecily Neville, daughter of Henry Neville, 7th Lord Abergavenny and Lady Mary Sackville, on 12 July 1617 at St. Alphage, London, England.
