Charterhouse is a public school (English boarding school for pupils aged 13–18) in Godalming, Surrey, England. Originally founded by Thomas Sutton in 1611 on the site of the old Carthusian monastery in Charterhouse Square, Smithfield, London, it educates over 800 pupils, aged 13 to 18 years.

Historically an all-boys' senior school, Charterhouse School opened its sixth form to girls in 1971. It is now a fully co-ed school, having welcomed its first girls into Year 9 in September 2021.
